These outdoor bootcamps are about as hard core as it gets. A hybrid of beginner calisthenics and my own unique movement mastery system that involves a shit ton of band work, you will experience REAL TRAINING.
In these workouts you’ll get ripped AF, develop insanely strong posture and joint-stability muscles, learn proper lifting technique, fine tune functional training skills, movement patterns, get fresh air, vitamin D, sometimes a little wet, usually very dusty, and always -- ALWAYS -- have EXTREME FUN.
Emphasis: joint stabilization endurance strength (first 6 weeks) building to hypertrophy (weeks 7-12) and max strength (after 12 weeks). We do a LOT of upper body.

Training Style
All classes are structured SAFELY and ALL LEVELS. This is not one of those one size fits all programs. EVERY SINGLE CLASS is designed with extreme care to ensure it has:
A proper WARM UP & COOL DOWN before going BIG with movements.
Dynamic FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY integrated into the warmups AND the workouts themselves!
Emphasis on training in YOUR functional range of motion, so you strengthen your weak spots before going BIG or HEAVY with movements. We do a TON of band work.
Active recoveries and POSTURE BREAKS strategically structured into the circuits, so you never have to slouch in a squat you held too long, or use bad form in any exercise. There is NO BENEFIT in doing that. Instead you will challenge your mind and body in ways that are GOOD FOR YOU.
Optimal SEQUENCING and EXERCISE SELECTION so you don’t overdo one direction. In playtime workouts we BUILD UP your posture and joint stability so you can actually GO HARD, knowing that it is SAFE.
FLOW — not just sequencing & selection of exercises, but every aspect is designed so give the workout TEXTURE & make it AN EXPERIENCE.
